CONTRACT
MULTI TIERS AND LEVELS OF CONTRACTS ARE NEEDED
The country is in desparate need of multiple working contracts. And No, those contracts are not in the realm of agriculture nor the textile industry; even though these contracts will be accepted by means of non-discriminatory practice, however, contracts that will allow for the development of the jurisdiction to enable it to function as a competitive country. Sample contracts are in the fields located in the ECI index for the country.
Sar's purpose is to negotiate those contracts in accordance to its policies for the developmental process for the country. Both internal and external contracts will be the stepping stone for a speedy development where incentives and invitations will create an atmosphere that is friendly and inviting to new comers in the jurisdiction. SAR will continously challenge, cooperate and lobby for the facilitation of opportunities for all involved to create positively charged environments for growth. Organizational workers and representatives work for the patrons. Members of the SAR Organization will be in the position to:
acquire first hand information through their membership participation
Have a say so in the organation's development process
Contribute for the development process and operation of SAR
Get support and reports via communications etc.
Progresive reports
As a mean for measuring the progress that make our efforts noted, SAR will use externally reported country ratings to compare year to year development improvements. The use of CIA World Factbook, World Bank, IMF etc. will ensure integrity and transparency in reporting independent reviews and information.
